I hope to help my clients be able to move through the difficult times while embracing the beauty around them. Primarily I work from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach by providing clients with a safe space to discover their inner skills and strength. I want to help clients discover the ways in which they may be getting stuck and ultimately support them in reaching their wellness goals so they may live the life they want to lead.” I chose CMAP Health because of their ability to treat a variety of mental health concerns with evidence-based therapies. It is important to me to be a part of a community of like minded individuals who support one another. CMAP Health is all about continuous learning which is of the utmost importance to me especially when giving clients treatment options."
