Sasha is a volunteer at CMAP health and completing a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Concordia University. Her dissertation is examining associations between parenting, temperament, and the development of psychopathology over time. Prior to this, Sasha completed a Bachelor of Arts in health psychology with a minor in neuroscience and mental health, in addition to a Master of Arts in health psychology, both from Carleton University. Sasha aims to provide evidence-based psychological treatments, such as CBT, for a wide range of psychological disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD). Sasha is currently completing Level 2 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training with CMAP’s schooling partner Unified CBT Academy, in addition to attending several workshops and training courses. She is registered as a student member with the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CACBT).
