When asked why she wanted to work at CMAP health and what her clients could expect from her, this was Rachel’s response: “I see the value in providing clients with an evidence based approach such as CBT. CBT is effective at addressing many health concerns which is why I am so passionate about it! CMAP Health is a great fit for me because it offers me countless learning opportunities and guidance from a multidisciplinary team. I look to work with clients in a collaborative, respectful way that fosters growth, curiosity and appreciation for the clients lived experiences. I believe those who seek therapy are making the greatest investment in themselves and their future”. Currently, Rachel is completing her Level 2 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Training Program, offered through Unified CBT Academy where she is working to enhance her skill sets. She is registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
