Jenny completed a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience in 2017 at Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2022. When asked why she wanted to work at CMAP health and what her clients could expect from her, this was Jenny’s response: “I am primarily drawn to evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and am grateful to have the opportunity to develop my skills in this area through CMAP’s high quality training and the guidance from a multidisciplinary team. I aim to work in collaboration with clients to develop treatment goals and plans that benefit each individual by building on their unique strengths. I value the power of empathetic listening and meet each client with genuine curiosity, openness, and appreciation for their lived experience.” Currently, Jenny is completing her Level 2 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Training Program with our schooling partner Unified CBT Academy, enhancing her skill sets. She is registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). To book an appointment with Jenny, reach out here:
