The CMAP Health team is pleased to offer a state of art cognitive behavioural therapy for Insomnia therapy (CBT-I) program developed by researchers at the Ryerson University Sleep and Depression Laboratory.
Sleep problems are common and experienced by, at least 40% of the population and about 14% have all the symptoms of insomnia. This can also be part of stress and mental health problems.
